DUNN Original Bill In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JAMES A. DUNN does not reside in this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carollina Argus notifying said non-resident to be and appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for the County of Union at the Court House in Monroe on the 10th Monday after the fourth Monday in February. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte as to them. Witness, T. D.
