Green, the heirs of Ellen Crowell, dec'd, Olivia Lemmondes, Wm. Lemmondes, who 
sues by his next friend, John Q. Lemmondes
vs.
Elam Callins, the heirs of Thomas Callins, and the heirs of Harris Callins

Petition to sell real estate

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, in this 
case are not inhabitants of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal 
notifying said defendant non-resident to be and Appear at our next Court of 
Equity to be held for Union County at the Court House at Monroe on the 6th 
Monday after the 4th Monday in September next. 

Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed: Otherwise 
judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte will 
be made as to them.
Witness C.M.T. McCauley, Clerk and Master of the said Court at office on the 
2nd Monday in February AD 1847
