On motioned ordered by the Court that JOHN ELLIOTT be appointed guardian of 
LEE WILLIAMS, minor orphan of BENJ. WILLIAMS, whereupon he came into court and 
gave bond in the sum of $1,000 with BRITAIN PARKER for security... that JAMES 
MARSH be appointed guardian of CELIA ANN WILLIAMS, minor orphan of BENJ. 
WILLIAMS.

sell a land warrant No. 51541 for 80 acres of land given 21 June 1853 and 
signed by J.P. Walds, Commissioner of Pensions for services rendered in the 
War of 1812 & granted under Act of Congress passed 28 Sept. 1850.
