Oct. Term 1859

THOMAS J. GREEN, Adm'r. of WILLIAM H. GREEN
                vs.
A. J. ASHCRAFT & wife et al

Petition to Subject Real Estate as Assets

In this case it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOHN A. GREEN 
and EDMUND D. GREEN, are not residents of this State. It is therefore ordered 
by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North 
Carolina Argus, notifying said non-residents to be and appear at our next 
Court to be held for the County of Union at the Court House in Monroe on the 
first Monday in January, 1860. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to 
this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso, and the 
matter will be heard ex parte will be made as to them. Witness, J. F. HOUGH, 
Clerk of the said Court at office in Monroe on the first Monday in October,
 A. D. 1859.
