      vs.
CHARLES AUSTIN

Attachment

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that CHARLES 
AUSTIN is not a resident of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, 
published at Wadesboro, notifying the said not resident to be and appear at 
our Court to be held for the County of Union at the Court House in Monroe at 
the next Term. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition 
filed. Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to 
him. Witness J. F. HOUGH, Clerk of said Court at office on the first Monday in 
July A. D., 1859.
