It is therefore ordered, that six weeks notice be given in the Charlotte Journal, that a petition for sale will be made by the administration at the next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Union, at the Court House in Monroe on the 1st Monday in October next, to subject the lands to sale, under the Act of Assembly.
