GREY and wife, and others PETITION TO SELL LAND It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court in this case that the defendants JOHN L. GREY and wife, MARY, JOHN CARNS and wife, JANE, are not inhabitants of the State: It is therefore ordered that publication be made for six successive weeks in The North Carolina "Argus", notifying said non-reident defendants to be and appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for the County of Union at the Court House in Monroe on the sixth Monday after the fourth Monday in March next, then and there to plead, answer or demur to the petition in this case filed or judgment pro confesso will be taken and the petition heard exparrte as to them.
