MARY LITTLE 
   vs.
WILLIAM LITTLE, JOHN LITTLE et al

Petition for Dower

In this case, it appearing to the Court that WILLIAM LITTLE, JOHN LITTLE and 
JAMES A. DUNNALD and wife, ELIZABETH, reside beyond the limits of this State.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six 
successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus notifying said non-residents to 
be and appear at our next Court to be held for the County of Union at the 
Court House in Monroe on the first Monday in October next. Then and there to 
plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be 
taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte as to them. Witness J. F. 
HOUGH, Clerk of the said Court at office in Monroe on the first Monday in 
July, A.D., 1859.
