Jenkins reside beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal notifying said defendant non- resident to be and Appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for Union County at the Court House at Monroe on the 1st Monday in April next.
