Shinn and William Blackman and wife Cassy, and also the heirs of Polly Stogner. Petition to Sell Real Estate In this case, Peter Hagler, William Blackman and wife Cassy, and Benjamin Shinn reside beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal notifying said defendant non-resident to be and Appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for Union County at the Court House at Monroe on the 6th Monday after the 4th Monday in September next.
