   vs.
BURWELL R. HILDRETH

Attachment Levied on Personal Property

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that BURWELL R. 
HILDRETH does not reside in this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, 
published at Wadesboro, notifying said non-resident, defendant, to be and 
appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County 
of Anson   at the Court House in Wadesboro on the second  Monday in July next.
Then and there, to show cause, if any he has, why the property levied upon 
should not be sold and the proceeds of the sale applied  to pay the costs of 
the plaintiff's debt, interest and costs. Witness,PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, Clerk 
of said Court at office in Wadesboro on the second Monday in April, A.D., 1859.
