STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA Court of Equity   Union County
May Term 1850

WM. P. RICHARDSON and EDWARD W. RICHARDSON
          Vs.
KINDRICK RICHARDSON and others

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendants, ISAAC B. CURTIS, LUCINDA CURTIS, HENRY CURTIS,FULWOOD CURTIS, 
MACON CURTIS, SALLY CURTIS, ROBINSON CURTIS, NANCY CAROLINE CURTIS, JAMES 
YARBOROUGH,  and JOHNSON YARBOROUGH reside beyond the limits of this State: It 
is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the North Carolina Argus notifying said defendant non-residents to be 
and appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for the County of Union in 
the Court House at Monroe on the sixth Monday after the fourth Monday in 
September next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition 
filed: Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to 
them. Witness, C.M. T. McCAULEY, Clerk of the said Court at office, the sixth 
Monday after the fourth Monday in March A.D. 1850.
