Fincher, adm'r of Frederick Starnes Sr., deceased vs. Thomas Starnes and others, heirs at law of Fred. Starnes, dec'd Petition to sell Real Estate It appearing upon the oath of L.B. Fincher to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, William Starnes, one of the heirs of Frederick Starnes deceased Senior resides beyond the limits of this State: Notice is hereby given that a petition is filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court to obtain leave at the next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for Union County at the Court House at Monroe on the 1st Monday in July next. To sell the real estate of Frederick Starnes Sr. in order to subject it as assets in the hands of the administrator to pay the debts of the intestate, where and when the said Wm. Starnes can appear and plead, answer, or demur or judgment pro confesso will be taken by default as to him and the land sold. Witness J.M.
