STEWART vs. ELISHA PLYLER Attachment, Levy on Land In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, ELISHA PLYLER, resides beyond the limits of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication for six successive weeks be made in the North Carolina Argus, a newspaper published in the town of Fayetteville, notifying ELISHA PLYLER, non resident, to be and appear at our next Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Union in the Court House at Monroe on the first Monday in January next. Then and there to show cause, if any he has, why an order of sale should not be granted to pay Plaintiffs costs. Witness JOSEPH F.
