WILLIAM P. STEWART
       vs.
CHARLES SPATH

Original Attachment

In this case it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that CHARLES SPATH 
does not live in this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus 
notifying the said non-resident to be and appear at our next Court to be held 
for the County of Union at the Court House in Monroe  on the first Monday of 
January next (1860). Then and there to show cause, if cause there be, why the 
land levied upon shall not be sold to pay the costs of the Plaintiff. Witness, 
J. F. HOUGH, Clerk of said Court at Office on the first Monady in October 
A.D.,1859.
