Sealed with our sealsk and dated this day of A.D. 1854 THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That if the above bounden JESSE TURNER who has been arrested by the said DARLING RUSHING, Sheriff as aforesaid, upon a writ returnable to the next County Court for Union County, at the suit of L.H. ALSOBROOK do well and truly make his personal appearance at our next County Court to be holden for the county of Union on the first Monday in July next, then and there to answer unto the said L.H. ALSOBROOK of a plea that he render to him two hundred and Eighty nine & sixty cents which he owes and detains to his damage two hundred Dollars and then and there stand to and abide by the judgment of the said Court, and not depart the said Court without leave; and the said JOHN ELIOTT the security of the said JESSE TURNER well and truly discharge himself as special bail of the said JESSE TURNER in the said Court; then the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
