URIAH WALTERS Petition for Dower In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOHN W. WALTERS, WILLIAM WALTERS, FRANCES L. NANCE and SARAH, his wife, do not live in this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, published at Wadesboro, notifying said non-residents, defendants, to be and appear at our next Court to be held for the County of Anson at the Court House in Monroe on the first Monday in October next. Then and there to plead answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte as to them. Witness, J. F.
