STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA     COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS     Union Couunty
July Term 1859

JOHN B. WARWICK et al
     vs. 
ROBERT S. WALKER

In this Case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Courth that ROBERT S. 
WALKER, resides beyond the limits of this State, it is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North 
Carolina Argus, notifying said non-resident to be and appear at our next Court 
of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Union at the Court 
House in Monroe on the first Monday in October next, then and there to plead, 
answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro 
confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte as to him. Witness, J. F. 
HOUGH, Clerk of the said office in Monroe, on the first Monday in July, A.D. 
1859.
