Gunner and Grace, his wife Petition for partition, the real estate of Silas Watson, deceased In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant/defendants, William T. Watson, James Watson and Allen B. Gunner and Grace, his wife reside beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal notifying said defendant non-resident to be and Appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for Union County at the Court House at Monroe on the 1st Monday in January.
