WILLIAM G. WINCHESTER
       v.
JACKSON C. LEMMOND

Attachment Served on Land

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JACKSON C. 
LEMMOND does not reside in this State, it is therefore ordered that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, a 
newspaper published in Wadesboro notifying said non-resident to be and appear 
at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of 
Union at the Court House in Monroe on the 1st Monday in January next. Then and 
there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment 
will be taken pro confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte will be made 
as to them. Witness J. F. HOUGH, Clerk of said Court at office in Monroe on 
the 1st Monday in October A.D. 1858.
