JEMIMA YARBROUGH
      vs.
THE REAL ESTATE OF
SHADRACH YARBROUGH

Petition for Dower

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that SHADRACH YARBROUGH resides 
beyond the limits of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal 
notifying the said non-resident defendant to be and appear at the next Term of 
the Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Union at 
the Court House at Labatt's Cross Roads on the first Monday in January next to 
plead, answer or demur to this petition filed, or judgment will be taken pro 
confesso and the matter heard ex parte as to them. Witness HUGH STEWART, Clerk 
of the said Court at office on the first Monday in Octobver, A.D., 1843.j
