Blackwelder, of Charlotte, Riley Blackwelder, of Rowan; Timothy Tucker, Ephraim Tucker, D.C. Faggart, G.W. Barnhardt, James Dorton and J.N. Brown, of this county, all of whom are between the ages of 70 and 75 years.
