GORDON, $12.50 for her part of the notes and subject to the following conditions. I also will that my executor when the term of hire of my negro boy is out that he put him to public sale of a credit of twelve months and pay to my daughter, LUCINDA, $400 out of first money he receives from said sale, and the overplus, if any, to be further disposed of.
