WOODSWORTH CEMETERY (NEGRO)

Transcribed from Historical Records Survey by WPA, conducted 1940, of pre 
1914 cemetery markers in Vance County, North Carolina; only markers erected 
prior to 1914 were recorded, hence all markers in a cemetery are not 
necessarily shown; On occasion it appears information not on the gravestones 
was inserted into the inventory, presumably by family members or locals; 
any notations as to race of cemeteries were made on the original inventory 
and were not added by the transcriber;

Location: Located one-fourth mile from small settlement known as Woodsworth, 
N.C.; one-half mile from Virginia line and 16 miles from Henderson N.C. R. 5.

Condition: Good, recently cleaned off and grass burned around it.
