OXFORD - Lucy King WILLIAMS, age 84, a resident of 112 Military St., died 
Wednesday, June 27, 2001, at her home.

Mrs. WILLIAMS was a native of Vance County, the widow of Dudley B. WILLIAMS, Sr. 
and the daughter of the late Cassa Orell and Mattie Wilkerson King. She was a 
member of Oxford Presbyterian Church and was a retired bookkeeper for D.B. 
WILLIAMS Construction Company, of Oxford.

  Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Oxford 
Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Norman MacDowell. Burial will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.

  Surviving are a daughter, Ann WILLIAMS Currin, of Oxford; two sons, Dudley B. 
WILLIAMS, Jr. and wife, Maxine, of Oxford, and Alex A. WILLIAMS, of Kill Devil 
Hills; a sister, Virginia T. King, of Oxford; a brother, Kenneth King, of 
Henderson; four grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
