Confederate Cemetery

Graves of 52 soldiers, individually marked, who died in the Kittrell Springs 
Hotel hospital, 1864-65, are 1/2 mi. NE

Historical marker is visible from Highway 1 North near the Vance County line 
and just north of the Franklin County line

There are directional signs to the cemetery along the way
