THOMAS BANKS CEMETERY – WAKE COUNTY, NC

From Raleigh, travel US 401 South toward Fuquay Varina. After you pass 
Wake Technical College, go 1.1 miles and turn left onto Banks Road (SR 2724). 
Go 2.4 miles on Banks Road. The cemetery is in a field on the left about 
50 yards off Banks Road. All the trees have recently been cut and the 
cemetery has been cleaned of underbrush.

Geodetic coordinate is: N 35º 38.239’ [35.6373º] W –78º 40.340’ [-78.6723º].

BANKS, Thomas, Dr., b. Oct 15, 1831 – d. Oct 26, 1910

BANKS, Hershia Rand, b. Oct 9, 1832 – d. Apr 15, 1910

BANKS, Dalton Duval, b. Jul 9, 1870 – d. Jul 4, 1899

There is one foot stone inscribed, ‘CSB’. There are graves marked with 
plain field stones
