The cemetery is on private property and may only be accessed or viewed with the permission of the owner. The cemetery is located on a land grant dating back to 1790, (date supplied by Mr. Warren Jones) deeded to Etheldred Jones, a veteran of the Revolutionary War who served as a Captain in the North Carolina Militia, and has been in continuous ownership by Jones family descendants since. Mr. Warren Jones walked through the cemetery with me and graciously defined the relationships. Surrounded by ancient oaks and cedars, the cemetery is neatly kept and well cared for. There is room for more family burials. Esquivel, Rachel Victoria, b. 14 May 1989, d. 19 Jun 1989, our beloved daughter Fish, Ellen J., b. 1889, d. 1973, dau. o. Hattie & Barney A.
