Petition for Distributive Share

On motion, it is ordered by the Court that unless the Defendant LEWIS ATKINS, 
appear within the first two days of next Court, the petition to be taken pro 
confesso and heard ex parte, and that publication of this shall be advertised 
for two weeks in the Minerva.
