STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, WAKE COUNTY COURT
May Term, 1806

CHARLES ATKINS and another

             Vs.

WILLIAM ARMSTONG, Administrator of THOMAS ATKINS and others

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, WILLIAM 
ATKINS, GEORGE ATKINS, ALEXANDER GREEN and his wife, SALLY,  are not 
inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that 
unless the said defendants  appear within the first two days of next Court  
and answer the petition, the same will  to be taken pro confesso and heard ex 
parte against them.
