ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE
     Notice is hereby given, that the Subscriber, having qualified at the last 
Term of Wake County Court, as Administrator on the estate of WILLIAM BENCHAN, 
deceased Those indebted to the said estate are requested to make payment 
immediately; and those having claims against said estate are notified to 
present them duly authenticated within the time prescribed by law, or this 
notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
