It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, BENNETT 
MYATT, is not an inhabitant of this State:It is ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three successive months in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the defendant come in during the first three days of the next term of 
this Court to be held for the County of Wake and replevy property and plead to 
issue, judgment final will be entered against him.
