May 23, 1860 STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA -- Wake County -- Court of Equity, Spring Term, 1860 BIDDY BUFFALOW and others vs. ELIZA BROWN and others. Pursuant to an order made at Fall Term, 1859, of the Court of Equity for the county of Wake, the undersigned Clerk and Master, will, on the 30th day of May next, proceed to sell, on the premises, the lands in the pleadings mentioned and described, to wit: A tract of land situate and lying in Wake County, on the waters of Hairsnipe Creek, adjoining the lands of DAVID POWERS, JAMES COOPER and others, containing 104 acres or thereabouts. TERMS OF SALE: -- $80 of purchase money to be paid in cash. A credit of six months willl be given to the purchaser as to residue, on his entering into bond with approved security, bearing interest from day of sale.
