There are few more eligible situations for a Family residence, here-abouts. The House contains 2 Rooms, below, 2 above Stairs, a Dining Room in the basement, Passages above and below, a Piazza in the rear the whole length of the building, and a Portico in front. The Kitchen and Smoke House are of brick, and there is in the yard a Spring which furnishes a copious supply of fine Water. There are three or four acres of ground attached, including a good Garden, and thriving young Orchard.
