JOSEPH BLAKE and DAVID GREEN

        Vs.

CALVIN WEATON, Adm’r and others 


It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, CALVIN 
WEATON, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore Ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that 
unless, the said defendant, appear at our next term of this Court and file his 
answer in the Court House at Raleigh on or before the next term, the bill will 
be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte.
