Petition to Subject Real Estate

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, WILLIAM 
MILES and MARGARET, his wife, are not inhabitants of this State. It is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for five successive 
weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that the Defendant, WILLIAM MILES, may come 
forward and plead at November Court next, or a decree may be granted in favor 
of the plaintiff.
