                 NOTICE
   Having qualified as Administrator of MRS. TRANQUILLA COOK, at November 
Term, 1862, of Wake County Court, I hereby give notice to debtors of the 
estate to make payment, and to creditors to present their claims  within the 
time prescribed by law.
