PARSHALL Orginial Attachment: JOESPH ROSS summoned as Garnishee, sayeth that he believes he stands indebted to the said defendant in the sum of three shills and three pence, which is condemned for the benefit of the plaintiff’s demand. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for four successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that unless the said defendant [JAMES G.
