April 5, 1810 COURT DECREED SALE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA WAKE COUNTY On Saturday, the 5th day of next month (if fair, and if not, the next fair day) will be exposed to sale, the dwelling house of MRS. FRANCES RHODES, in Wake County to the highest bidder, all the estate of WILLIAM HOLLAND, deceased, not devised in the will, consisting of one Negro man called JIM; several head of cattle, one feather bed and furniture with a variety of household articles, etc. not necessary to enumerate. Six months credit will be allowed to the purchasers, on giving bonds with indisputable security for all sums of forty shillings and upwards, and for all sums under 40 shillings ready mmoney will be required.
