SMITH and his wife, MINERVA, LOUISA BROUGHTON (under 21 years of age) by her next friend GASTON BROUGHTON, SELINA BROUGHTON, NEEDHAM BROUGHTON, ZACHARIAH BROUGHTON, MELVILLE BROUGHTON, (all under 21 years of age) by their Guardian, JAMES J. FERRELL, ex parte. Pursuant to an order made at Spring Term, 1859, of the Court of Equity for the County of Wake, the undersigned, Clerk and Master, will proceed to sell at the Court House door in the City of Raleigh, on the Monday of August County Court being the 15th of August, the lands in the pleadings mentioned and described to wit:--A tract of land situate and lying in Wake County containing about 250 acres, adjoining the lands of JOHNSON BUSBEE, (deceased), LEROY JORDAN, CALVIN POOL, and THOMAS WHITLEY and others lying as follows: Beginning on the Newbern road at PERRIN BUSBEE'S Line, running West to White Oak Creek thence up said Creek to Railroad, thence down said road to the beginning. Terms -- Fifty dollars purchase money to be paid in cash. A credit of twelve months will be given to purchaser upon his entering into bond with approved surety. ED.
