Vs. THOMAS R. FENTRESS. Pursuant to an order made at Spring Term, 1859, of the Court of Equity for the county of Wake in the above entitled cause, the undersigned Clerk and Master will proceed to sell at the Court House door in the city of Raleigh on the Thursday of May County Court, being the 19th day of May, the lands in the pleadings mentioned and described, to wit: The valuable storehouse and dwelling house now occupied by THOMAS R. FENTRISS on Fayetteville Street in the city of Raleigh, running back to Wilmington street in said city; there are all the necessary out houses on the premises, and such desirable property is seldom on the market. The lot to be sold being part of lot know in the Plat of the City of Raleigh as No. 162 and No. 146. TERMS: Twenty six hundred dollars of purchase money, to be paid in Cash, a credit of six months will be given to the purchaser for the residue upon his entering into bond with approved surety, bearing interest from the date of sale.
