STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA --Wake County -- Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, 
August Term 1860 -- WM.D. HAYWOOD vs. HENRY J. CANNON, original attachment.
   In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that HENRY J. 
CANNON, the defendant, is a non-resident of the State, it is therefore ordered 
that publication be made in the North Carolina Standard for six weeks, 
notifying sd. defendantsw to appear at the next term of the Court of Pleas and 
Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Wake at the Court House in 
Raliegh on the third Monday of November next then and there to plead, answer 
or replevy or judgment pro confesso will be entered against him.
