NOTICE

The creditors of Nathaniel Hill, late of Wake County, are hereby informed that 
the said Nathaniel is dead and that Sarah Hill, his widow, qualified as 
executrix of his last will and testament in the court of Wake County at March 
term, 1795. Those therefore who have demands against the estate of the said 
deceased will make them known and receive payment within the time prescribed 
by the act of Assembly in that case made and provided, otherwise they will be 
barred. All persons indebted to the estate of the said Hill are requested to 
pay off their respective balances without delay as in case of failure, suits 
will be commenced against them.

July 14th, 1795

N.B. Nathaniel Hill in his life-time acted as executor of the will of his 
mother - any business in that regard which remains unfinished and respects him 
will be attended to by his executrix.
