Vs.

ISAAC McCALLUM

An Injunction Bill

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, ISAAC 
McCALLUM, is not a resident of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the Defendant appear at the next term of this court to be 
held for the County of Wake and plead, answer or demur to the Complainant's 
bill, the same will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte.
