NOTICE
HAVING BEEN QUALIED AS ADMINISTRATOR with the will annexed on the estate of J. 
R. JEFFREYS, deceased, at May Term 1861, Wake County Court, do hereby give 
notice to allj person indebted to the estate of said deceased, to make 
immediate payment and settlement, as longer indulgence cannot be given, and 
all persons having claims against said estate will present them for payment 
with the time prescribed by law, or this notice will be plead in bar of their 
recovery.
