Original Attachment, Levied in the hands of NICHOLAS LEWIS and him summoned as 
Garnishees


Ordered by the Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva that unless THOMAS L. TROTTER, the defendant, appear at our next term 
of this Court and replevy his property and plead to issue, final judgment will 
be entered against him..
