                                NOTICE
   All person indebted to the estate of CALVIN JORDAN, deceased, are hereby 
notified to make immediate payment and settlement, as longer indulgence cannot 
be given; and all persons having claims against said estate will present them 
for payment within the time prescribed by law, or this notice will be plead in 
bar of their recovery; this the 8th April, 1859
