STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA
COUNTY OF WAKE
	I, W. H. Sawyer, Clerk of the Superior Court in and for said County 
tin the Sate of North Carolina, which Court is a Court of record, having a 
seal, do hereby certify that under the terms and provisions of the Last Will 
and Testament of Thomas M. Jordan, deceased, late of Wake County, which is 
recorded in this Office, in Record of Wills, “M”, at page 29, his widow, Ida 
M. Jordan, is the sole devisee and legatee and entitled to all of the 
properties of the Estate of the said Thomas N. [M] Jordan, upon the final 
settlement of the debts of his Estate; and I do further certify that such 
Final Settlement was made and duly examined and approved in this Office on the 
19th day of November, 1935.

Hereunto set my hand and

Office, at Raleigh, N. C.,
this the 26th day of October, 1937.
