        Vs.

JOSEPH ALSTON and others 

Petition for the Division of the Estate of NATHANIS JONES, deceased.

This petition served on EDWARD PRIDE, one of the defendants, and it appearing 
to the satisfaction of the Court that two of the defendants, JOHN LANE and 
SALLY, his wife, are not inhabitants of this State: It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for five successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the defendant come in at or before the next term of this 
Court to be held for the County of Wake and replevy property and plead to 
issue, judgment final will be entered against them.
