BRADLEY, PEGGY COPE, ETHELRED THOMAS and his wife, MARTHA, THOMAS W. HOUSE, JAMES RUFUS HOUSE (under 21 years of age) by his next friend, THOMAS W. HOUSE VS. ANDREW KING, CALVIN KING, EDWARD KING, JOHN L. KING, ELIAS KING, RUFUS KING, REBECCA KING, ANN ELIZA KING, (under 21 years of age)SOLOMON KING and his wife, RENY, EDITH KING (under 21 years of age) BIDDY SCOTT, SOLOMON TODD and his wife, SARAH, NANCY ANN BUFFALOE, GEORGE M. It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that none of the defendants in this cause are residents of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made in the North Carolina Standard, a paper published in the City of Raleigh, for six successive weeks, commanding the said defendants to be and appear before the Judge of our next Court of Equity to be held for the County of Wake at the Court House in Raleigh on the first Monday after the fourth Monday in September next then and there to plead, answer or demur to the said bill, otherwise, the same will be taken pro confesso and set down for hearing exparte as to them.
